DELIVERY ZONE: Please note that all delivery information refers to delivery of our silk flowers within Singapore. 

DELIVERY CHARGES: Please review the following options:

1) Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) for any orders under $100 - a delivery charge of $15.00 will be applied.

2) Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) for any orders between $100 - $150 - a delivery charge of $5.00 will be applied.

3) Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) for any orders over $150 - delivery will be FREE.

4) FREE self collection: If you would like to collect your items, please send us a WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time on 91800227. 

Please make sure that there is someone at home to receive your flower order at the appointed time.  Re-delivery will incur a shipping charge.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: If you just can't wait to get your flowers or need them in a hurry as a gift or for a party, please select Express Delivery at checkout which guarantees delivery within 24 hrs to any address in Singapore. Flat rate $35.00.

Returns and Refunds

NO STRESS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES: Flowers bought online may be returned and 100% refunded at the time of delivery, without incurring any additional charges.  This decision has to be made at the time of delivery, at your chosen address. Delivery charges will still apply. 

OTHER RETURNS: You can return flowers to us for a "goodwill" refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.  The flowers must be in fully resaleable condition and proof of purchase is required.

HOW DO I RETURN MY FLOWERS? You will need to courier the flowers back to us - ensuring that they are suitably packaged.  Silk Flowers Singapore does not pay return postage. The flowers remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us. 

WHEN DO I GET A REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED MY FLOWERS? When we have received the flowers / products, refunds will be credited back to you by bank transfer.


Cleaning and Care

Payment can be made online via PayNow (UEN 201936665G), PayPal, or via any major credit card.   

Payments are processed by Shopify or PayPal Express, although there is no need to have or sign up for a PayPal account.

Merchant name on your bank statement will be Silk Flowers Pte Ltd.

You will receive a confirmation email from Silk Flowers Singapore to arrange delivery.

For At Home appointments, the refundable booking fee must be made online; the balance can be paid by cash, cheque, bank transfer/PayNow, or by a credit card at the time of the appointment.
