Refund policy
Flowers bought online may be returned and 100% refunded at the time of delivery, without incurring any additional charges . This decision has to be made at the time of delivery, at your chosen address. Delivery charges will still apply.
You can return flowers to us for a "goodwill" refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. The flowers must be in fully resaleable condition and proof of purchase is required.
To return the flowers, during COVID-19, please email us at hello@silkflowerssingapore.com to arrange a contactless courier. Silk Flowers Singapore does not pay returns postage. The flowers remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us.
Once we have received the flowers/ products, refunds will be credited back to you either by bank transfer, or in cash if you drop them off in person.
Discounted /Clearance/Sales/Ex-display items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
