Returns and Refunds
NO STRESS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:
Flowers bought online may be returned and 100% refunded at the time of delivery, without incurring any additional charges. This decision has to be made at the time of delivery, at your chosen address. Delivery charges will still apply.
You can return flowers to us for a "goodwill" refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. The flowers must be in fully resaleable condition and proof of purchase is required.
HOW DO I RETURN MY FLOWERS?
You will need to courier the flowers back to us - ensuring that they are suitably packaged. Silk Flowers Singapore does not pay return postage. The flowers remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us.
WHEN DO I GET A REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED MY FLOWERS?
When we have received the flowers / products, refunds will be credited back to you by bank transfer.
CLEARANCE / EX-DISPLAY / SALES PRODUCTS / DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
These items are non-returnable.
